Pharmacy Weight Loss Hinckley is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Hinckley and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with GPhC standards and UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to decline a request for any clinical or safety reason. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate cancellation of your order and referral to appropriate authorities where necessary.
All prescription weight loss treatments are issued solely at the discretion of our registered pharmacist or prescriber following review of your completed medical questionnaire. A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so.
We do not accept or transfer paper prescriptions from third parties. Our prescriptions are generated electronically and are valid for use within our service only, unless otherwise stated. You must not share, transfer, or misuse any prescription issued to you.
We may request additional information or recommend you consult your GP before treatment proceeds. Continued supply is subject to ongoing clinical review.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order before any prescription is reviewed or dispensed.
We accept major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any change will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
Medications requiring cold-chain storage will be dispatched with appropriate packaging. Please follow all storage instructions included with your order.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been reviewed and dispensed by contacting us as soon as possible. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Once a prescription has been issued and your medication has been dispensed, we are unable to offer a refund for legal and safety reasons, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty or misdescribed.
